After leaving school, I was keen to seek a career that utilised my creative skills but also gave me variety in my day-to-day work. I started working for a wonderful family business in Wembley called EJ Bushell and Sons. Initially a three year apprenticeship, I remained with the business for ten years. This provided me with vital experience and led to my next job with Urban Front. This was a great opportunity as they shared the same mindset as myself, having a huge amount of pride in their work being a luxury and bespoke brand.

I made the decision to set up on my own in 2017 and established Duncan Glenn Joinery. I wanted to pour my passion for bespoke joinery into projects. I pride myself on the work I produce and the level of service I can provide to my clients. One size definitely does not fit all, and each job can be wildly different. I enjoy spending time crafting the perfect solution for my clients, and this drives me to be more creative and ensure I meet the specifications of the project.

My vision is to create joinery that is as unique and individual as your home. I will provide you with a truly bespoke and luxury service, working with you to achieve your dream home.

I live and have my workshop in Hazlemere. I also have two daughters that are my pride and joy.
